Hey there, my name is Taylah!

I’m originally from a netball and cheerleading background, competing at both national and international levels. In 2014, I suffered a hip injury which limited my ability to continue competing and as a result I directed my focus more towards coaching and traditional strength training in the gym. From this point, my passion in sport, exercise and health only kept growing and I knew I wanted to expand my knowledge in the area.

Now, I have graduated with a Bachelor’s in Sport and Recreation and I am nearing the completion of my master’s degree in Sport, Exercise, and Health. I specialise in assisting clients with, building strength and muscle, increasing mobility and flexibility, group fitness, sport-specific training, and athletic performance.
